Learning Programs

Full refunds available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of content has been accessed. Partial refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances beyond this period.

Individual Courses

Complete refunds offered within 7 days of purchase before accessing course materials. Once course content is downloaded or streamed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Mentorship Services

Refunds available for unused sessions with 48-hour notice. Initial consultation fees are non-refundable after the session has been completed to protect our mentors' time investment.

  • Duplicate Purchases

Important Refund Considerations

Completed one-on-one consulting sessions, downloaded digital resources that have been accessed, and promotional items received as bonuses are generally non-refundable. However, we encourage you to contact us even in these situations if you have concerns, as we evaluate each case individually.

Custom training programs developed specifically for your organization or career goals may have different refund terms outlined in your service agreement. These specialized programs require significant upfront investment and planning, which affects our ability to offer standard refunds.
